Part-Time /Seasonal Permanent Jewelry Maker Location:
Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY + Manhattan, NY Hourly Pay + Tips | Flexible Schedule | Creative Environment Awita New York Design is looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable Permanent Jewelry Maker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on jewelry experience— welding is a must —and a passion for creating personalized, lasting pieces. This position includes working at street fairs, pop-up markets, and occasionally at our studio , so adaptability and confidence in different environments is key.What You'll Do:
- Create and weld permanent jewelry pieces (bracelets, anklets, chokers, rings)
- Assist clients with selecting chains, charms, and sizing
- Provide excellent customer service in fast-paced retail and market environments
- Confidently multitask—welding while engaging with and assisting multiple customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Work across studio shifts and outdoor pop-ups (including weekends)
Requirements:
- Jewelry-making experience required; permanent jewelry welding experience is a must
- Comfortable working with small tools and in close proximity to clients
- Friendly, professional, and punctual
- Available for weekends, holidays, and seasonal events
- Authorized to work in the U.
