As three of our owner-jewelers begin transitioning toward retirement, we are seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team and support our growing repair operation. This role is ideal for a jeweler who takes pride in precision repair work, values quality over speed alone, and is open to feedback, growth, and collaboration in a professional shop environment. What You'll Do Perform high-quality jewelry repairs including sizing, prong work, rebuilding, soldering, and general bench repairs Work in a true repair-focused environment (not an artistic or casting role) Maintain efficiency while meeting production expectations without sacrificing quality Collaborate with owners and team members who uphold exceptionally high craftsmanship standards Participate in a structured, well-organized shop with clear processes and support Opportunity to grow into a shop foreman or repair coordination role for the right candidate What We're Looking For Proven bench jewelry repair experience (high-skill level preferred) Detail-oriented with strong technical fundamentals Able to work efficiently in a high-volume repair shop Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement Professional, reliable, and team-oriented CAD experience not required Schedule & Work-Life Balance Approximately 37-40 hours per week Flexible scheduling options Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (Saturdays preferred but not required) Closed Sundays and most major holidays No excessive overtime culture Compensation $70,000 - $100,000 annually , based on skill and experience Top performers may earn more Quarterly bonus opportunities tied to store performance Relocation assistance available Benefits Employer-paid healthcare
