We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bench Jeweler to support our growing production and repair needs. Position Overview The Part-Time Bench Jeweler will work remotely/off-site from our Atascadero-based workshop environment while collaborating closely with the Julez Bryant team. This role focuses on fine jewelry repairs, finishing, custom production assistance, and maintaining exceptional craftsmanship standards. Responsibilities Perform fine jewelry repairs including ring sizing, soldering, polishing, refinishing, and assembly Assist with custom jewelry production and special client projects Work with precious metals including gold, platinum, and silver Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on all pieces Communicate with the Julez Bryant team regarding timelines, project updates, and repair needs Maintain organized workflow and care of jewelry pieces and materials Support quality control to ensure all finished pieces meet brand standards Qualifications Previous bench jeweler experience required Strong soldering, polishing, and repair skills Experience working with fine jewelry and delicate materials Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship Strong communication and organizational skills Stone setting experience is a plus Experience with custom jewelry production preferred Must have personal bench jewerly to work on Ideal Candidate Passionate about fine craftsmanship and artisanal jewelry Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented Excited to contribute to a growing luxury jewelry brand Values quality, creativity, and collaboration Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to grow alongside a creative and expanding fine jewelry company
