Job Description

Senior Jewelry Designer Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to lead the development of innovative jewelry and fashion accessory collections that align with brand vision, market trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate has direct industry experience in jewelry and/or fashion accessories, a strong sense of trend forecasting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate concepts into commercially successful products. This role requires both creative leadership and hands-on technical design expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of jewelry and fashion accessory collections from concept through production. Research and interpret fashion, lifestyle, material, and color trends to create trendright, brand-appropriate designs. Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with brand direction and business goals. Create detailed technical sketches, renderings, CADs, and presentation materials for internal reviews and factory communication. Develop seasonal mood boards, trend presentations, and design concepts that support the overall brand vision. Maintain strong awareness of competitors, emerging trends, and market opportunities within jewelry and accessories. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Oversee prototype reviews and provide clear feedback to factories and development partners. Ensure designs are commercially viable, cost-conscious, and manufacturable while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, creative team environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or related field preferred. 5-8 years of direct experience in jewelry and/or fashion accessories design. Strong understanding of materials, construction, manufacturing processes, and market trends within the accessories industry. Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness. Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities. Strong presentation and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills Required proficiency in:
