If you have a high attention to detail this could be the career job for you! In this role you will hand-polish inside and outside surfaces of beautiful rings or other precious metal products producing a high-quality exterior finish. The Polisher will remove all machining lines and any other surface blemishes, while maintaining weight and additional product specifications to produce a superior product.

Hours for this role:

Monday - Thursday 10-hour day shifts - NO nights •HVAC climate-controlled setting•Responsibilities include: Polish all surfaces as required by the shop order Verify that the trade stamp is clear and legible Verify that the color, count and style match shop order Follow manufacturing practices for maintaining karat integrity by separating metals Keep polishing tools separated by function Work on shop orders by due date Qualifications include: High level of attention to detail Specific visual abilities include close vision, color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to use hands and fingers to handle rings, tools and supplies Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds multiple times throughout shift High school diploma or GED Ability to learn to polish through Company training What we offer: 80 hours of paid holiday time per year 80 hours paid vacation to start Paid personal days 40 hours paid sick leave accrued per year 401(k) Plan with a company match Paid Parental Leave Medical and dental insurance Vision Plan and prescription drug coverage Flexible Spending Account Company paid life insurance Company paid short-term and long-term disability plans Corporate discount program Annual Incentive Bonus Program We have been in business for over 150 years!
