Our work involves valuable client-owned jewelry, diamond inventory, custom projects, and detailed internal procedures. We are hiring a responsible, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy individual to support our office, inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer communication processes. This is not a general receptionist position. This role requires strong accuracy, discretion, accountability, and comfort handling high-value jewelry and diamond inventory. Position Overview The Fine Jewelry Operations & Inventory Coordinator helps manage the daily flow of jewelry, diamonds, custom projects, shipments, customer communication, and internal records. The right candidate must be organized, professional, careful with details, and able to follow procedures exactly. This position requires someone who understands the importance of accuracy when working with high-value items and sensitive customer information. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receiving, organizing, and tracking jewelry, diamonds, and related materials Preparing outgoing shipments and verifying all details before release Checking incoming and outgoing items for accuracy Assisting with jewelry and diamond inventory procedures Communicating with customers by phone, email, or message as needed Coordinating with sales, design, production, and management teams Maintaining accurate internal records, notes, and documentation Qualifications Strong attention to detail High level of personal responsibility and dependability Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to follow procedures carefully and consistently Strong organizational skills Comfortable working around high-value merchandise Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Professional appearance and attitude Reliable, punctual, and accountable Previous experience in jewelry, diamonds, luxury retail, inventory, operations, or a professional office environment
