Job Description

Position Overview The Jewelry Center is seeking an experienced Goldsmith / Bench Jeweler to join our Burlington team. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsperson who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and quality-focused environment. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of fine jewelry repair, restoration, and design tasks with precision and excellence that reflects our five-star service standards. Key Responsibilities Perform expert-level jewelry repairs, including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong re-tipping, polishing, and refinishing. Work with gold, platinum, silver, and other precious metals. Identify and resolve technical issues related to jewelry structure, wearability, and security of settings. Collaborate with sales and design teams to fulfill customer requests and ensure satisfaction. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workshop environment. Uphold The Jewelry Center's commitment to outstanding craftsmanship and customer experience. Qualifications 3+ years of bench jewelry or goldsmith experience. Proficient in stone setting (prong, bezel, channel, pave, etc.), soldering, and finishing. Strong knowledge of precious metals, gems, and repair methods. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and efficiency. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Laser welder experience a plus.
