Now we're looking for an experienced Locksmith to join our team in Colorado and help us continue redefining the client experience for banks and credit unions across the country. What You'll Do As a DBSI Locksmith , you'll be the trusted face of our brand—ensuring client security, satisfaction, and confidence through high-quality service and craftsmanship. You'll handle a variety of commercial, automotive, and furniture lock and hardware projects while maintaining DBSI's high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
Install, repair, rekey, and replace commercial door hardware Work with lever handle locksets, mortise locksets, deadbolts, panic bars, cipher locks, and door closers Perform basic master keying and key duplication Service and rekey office furniture (desk, file, and fire cabinets) Maintain and account for company tools, inventory, and vehicles Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and confidence in the service provided Occasionally work after hours or weekends as needed to complete time-sensitive projects Bonus skills (preferred but not required): Safe and vault service, repair, and combination changes Experience with Kaba Mas, Lagard, or modular vault systems Safe deposit drilling, repair, and replacement Access control installation, troubleshooting, and repair Under-counter steel rekeying, repair, and installation Vault preventative maintenance and timeclock service Automotive rekey experience Who You Are You take pride in your craft and always aim for excellence You're personable, reliable, and customer-service driven You're comfortable being the "face" of DBSI, representing our standards in every client interaction You're organized, self-motivated, and responsive to client needs You have strong experience with commercial locksmithing—ideally 5+ years in the trade Requirements Valid driver's license Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout Colorado Ability to relocate to Colorado before starting (if applicable) General locksmith experience (commercial focus preferred) Proficiency with electronic devices to complete service work orders Why DBSI?
