Job Description

Job Summary
FINGERPRINTING TECHNICIAN
The Fingerprinting Technician reports to the Director of Administrative Services. DC Private Investigations and Security Consultants is a third party provider of fingerprinting services for IdentoGo. The Fingerprinting Technician must be able to fully pass a background check, be vetted with IdentoGo, and successfully complete provided training programs. The duties of the Fingerprinting Technician are as follows: 1. Arrive by 8:45 a.m. each day to prepare fingerprinting office and waiting room space. Print schedule of appointments and communicate schedule to Director of Administrative Services. 2. Welcome customers to the fingerprinting area. Manage appointments in the order they are scheduled. Kindly provide customers experiencing appointment issues with the IdentoGo Customer Service Number. 3. Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and payment information provided. 4. Excellent customer service skills with the general public are a must, which includes contact with customer hands and maintaining close proximity with customers throughout the fingerprinting process. 5. Complete other tasks required of fingerprinting process, including verifying customer information and reason for appointment, photography, receive payment, and provide receipts. 6. Clean fingerprinting equipment and use hand sanitizer between every customer. 7. Keep appointments both friendly and time efficient in order to closely maintain the schedule of appointments. 8. Maintain a clean and organized waiting room and work station. 9. Prepare coffee for the DC office throughout the morning hours and maintain the cleanliness of the coffee bar area. 10. Collect and remove trash from office daily. 11. Support other office staff with other duties as needed.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Basic computer skills are required.

$16.00 per hour
