We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the locksmith industry and grow with our company. Position Overview As a Locksmith Technician, you will travel to customer locations to perform a variety of locksmith services. Technicians are dispatched jobs throughout the day and are responsible for responding promptly, completing services professionally, and closing out jobs accurately. Responsibilities Respond to dispatched service calls in a timely manner Perform residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services Make and program keys Rekey locks Perform house lockouts Perform vehicle lockouts Perform commercial lockouts and lock services Maintain communication with customers and dispatch Complete jobs efficiently and professionally Collect payments and close jobs when required Maintain a positive and professional appearance Requirements Previous locksmith experience required Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites Ability to work independently and manage service calls Strong customer service skills Ability to use smartphone apps for dispatching and job management Professional appearance and attitude Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to work Tools & Equipment Some locksmith tools may be provided depending on experience and position Technicians with their own tools are encouraged to apply Schedule Service hours generally range from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Flexible scheduling available Full-time and part-time opportunities available Training & Advancement Additional training is available for higher-level locksmith services Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Learn advanced automotive, commercial, and access control locksmith services Why Work With The Key Guy?
