Job Description
Locksmith Technician We are a reputable locksmith company located in Atlanta, seeking skilled and experienced Locksmith Technicians to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, providing lock and key solutions for residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include installing, repairing, and adjusting locks and security systems, as well as duplicating keys and creating master key systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Locksmith Technician
- Knowledge of various types of locks and security systems
- Ability to use tools such as drills, saws, and key-cutting machines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job
Responsibilities:
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner
- Installing, repairing, and adjusting locks on doors, windows, safes, and other security devices
- Duplicating keys using key-cutting machines or manually if needed
- Creating master key systems for commercial properties
- Recommending security solutions to clients based on their needs and budget
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls and completed jobs
