We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locksmith Lead to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee locksmith operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of locksmith techniques, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership skills to drive team performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of locksmith technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Manage daily locksmith operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and security systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Diagnose and resolve complex lock and security system issues promptly. Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory management. Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements. •
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a locksmith with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Comprehensive knowledge of various locking mechanisms, security systems, and related tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Valid locksmith license or certification preferred. Work Experience Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Five years experience designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing locks and large-scale lock systems. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a locksmith with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Comprehensive knowledge of various locking mechanisms, security systems, and related tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Valid locksmith license or certification preferred.
