Full Job Description Field Installation Technician Company:
C&C Courts Inc/ Sport Court Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Minneapolis, MN 55431 (In person / Travel required) About the Role Sport Court is seeking a motivated Field Installation Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will install premium athletic surfaces and equipment across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. We build everything from residential backyard basketball and pickleball courts to professional school gymnasiums.
What You Will Do Court Installation:
Install sports flooring, components, and fencing materials.
Precision Work:
Paint accurate game lines for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball.
Equipment Setup:
Install trampolines, wall pads, and wall-mounted hoops.
Maintenance & Repair:
Troubleshoot and fix machinery, components, and hardware.
Facility Care:
Clean completed courts and maintain an organized warehouse workspace.
What We Look For Physical Capability:
Ability to reliably lift 70+ pounds.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools with strong on-the-fly problem-solving skills. Construction background or court construction a must.
Credentials:
Valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card (Health Card) are required.
Teamwork & Professionalism:
A collaborative mindset and a respectful attitude toward customers.
Sports Familiarity:
