THE JOB:

As a Part-Time Locksmith at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, you will play an important role in maintaining the security and functionality of our world-class resort while enjoying the flexibility to balance work with your personal and professional commitments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Locksmith looking to earn supplemental income in a dynamic hospitality environment. From servicing locks and key systems to supporting the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets, you'll apply your technical expertise to keep operations running smoothly. With flexible scheduling designed to accommodate business needs and your availability, this role offers the chance to put your skills to work while being part of the exceptional team at Beau Rivage.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical and electronic locking devices throughout the property Cut, duplicate, and code keys accurately while maintaining detailed key control records Issue and track keys for buildings, equipment, safes, cabinets, and restricted areas Set up, manage, and maintain master key systems Change lock combinations, rekey locks, and provide emergency lockout services as needed Inspect and maintain locking systems for buildings, safes, and vaults to ensure optimal functionality Utilize specialized tools and computer programs for keying systems and documentation. Maintain inventory of lock parts, key blanks, and related materials to support operational readiness Respond promptly to emergency security needs while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance Uphold all federal, state, and local safety and security regulations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Ability to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License Brings 2+ years of experience in repair, installation, and maintenance of locking devices and possesses appropriate legal requirements, such as license/certification/registration Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Understands master key systems and emergency response protocols Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in key control and documentation
