Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate and timely manner. Take walk in clients and program and cut keys Have a willingness to learn the basics of keys and have a profiency with electronics Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products or services. Organize paperwork and respond to emails Coordinate with vendors Clean and organize work space Answer phones Additional tasks as assigned The ideal qualities for an applicant are as follows: Organized Strong work Ethic Self-Motivated Multi Tasker Good communication and People skills Basic Computer Skills Looking for someone long term to grow with the company, we are offering starting pay of $20 to $25 an hour based on experience and qualifications.
