Locksmith - Full Time (Harrahs Atlantic City)

Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department's service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests. $32.5000 Per Hour High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to repair and rebuild all types of locks and open all locking devices. Minimum five years in locksmith business; knowledge of safe deposit locks.

NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Maintains an inventory of parts and materials. Maintains records of all keys (except guest rooms) made and signatures of persons receiving same with date issued. Performs all maintenance necessary to keep all locks and locking devices in functional and safe operating condition. Cuts keys as needed. Maintains preventive maintenance program. May access those areas which house gaming equipment or assets.
