Albuquerque, NM Job Details Full-time $35,360 - $47,840 a year 7 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Automotive electrical systems Customer service High school diploma or GED Driver's License Electrical maintenance Service technician experience Full Job Description We are seeking an individual with at least one year of professional/verifiable automotive experience. Knowledge and experience of 12-volt systems is strongly preferred. If you do not have one year of verifiable experience, we do offer training from a service technician to eventual installer position. Salary is dependent on experience, ability to become licensed, existing skills and knowledge. As an interlock installer you would be responsible for the installation, maintenance and removal of interlock devices in accordance with company policy and state law. This position requires working in unconventional and sometimes uncomfortable positions under dash boards and in all types of weather. The majority of the job is performed inside of a garaged location, but some mobile service is required. The installer position does require client interaction during service appointments and training the customer on how to use the interlock device. The ideal candidate will be friendly and non-judgmental to those who have DWI's or other criminal sanctions. Due to state licensing requirements all applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have no felony convictions and per our company policy no DWI's within the past 10 years. We are a drug and alcohol free workplace.
