The technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks, safes and security systems. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace locks, keys, safes, and other security devices. Respond to emergency lockout situations in a timely manner. Conduct assessments of security needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

1 + Years experience Drivers License Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot locking mechanisms. Familiarity with electronic locks and security systems is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Knowledge of safety protocols related to locksmithing practices.
