Locksmith Technician

About the Role Do you have a knack for unlocking mysteries—literally? We're looking for a skilled and dependable Locksmith who's ready to turn keys, crack codes, and keep things secure. Whether it's installing high-security systems or rescuing someone from a locked-out situation, you'll be the hero with the right tools and the right touch. What You'll Be Doing Installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, deadbolts, and security devices Rekeying locks and cutting keys with precision and flair Responding to emergency lockouts and saving the day Advising clients on security upgrades and lock systems Working with safes, vaults, and access control systems Keeping detailed records of work performed and materials used What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a locksmith or in a related trade Knowledge of mechanical and electronic locking systems Strong problem-solving skills and steady hands Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bonus Points If You Have Certification from a recognized locksmith association Experience with smart locks and digital access systems Familiarity with local building codes and security regulations Why You'll Love It Here You'll be part of a team that values trust, precision, and a good sense of humor Every day is different—new challenges, new locks, new puzzles We believe in doing great work and having fun while we do it
