Locksmith Technician Profession:

Akron, USA We are searching for a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of locks and security systems. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and security of our clients' homes or businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks including traditional locks, electronic locks, keyless entry systems, etc.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with locks and security systems
• Cut keys for different types of locks using specialized tools
• Respond to emergency calls for lockouts or other urgent lock-related issues
• Provide advice to clients on security measures they can take to protect their properties
• Keep accurate records of all services provided and maintain inventory of necessary tools and supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician
• Working knowledge of various types of locks and security systems
• Ability to use specialized locksmith tools such as lock picks, key cutters, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, etc.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary starting at $1500 per month with opportunities for growth within the company based on performance.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required depending on client needs.
