Pay:
per hour (based on experience) + Commission Job Description Jon's Locks is seeking an experienced locksmith to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual with hands-on locksmith experience who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and represent our company professionally. This position involves residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency locksmith services throughout Rhode Island and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Rekey residential and commercial locks Install, repair, and replace lock hardware Cut and program automotive keys and remotes Perform lockouts for residential, commercial, and automotive customers Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and key issues Master key system work Safe lock and hardware service (experience preferred) Maintain accurate records of jobs completed Provide professional customer service at all times
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of locksmith experience,/ Or equivilent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently in the field Strong problem-solving skills Professional appearance and communication skills Experience with key cutting equipment
Preferred:
Automotive key programming experience Commercial door hardware experience Residential and commercial lock pinning and troubleshooting Benefits Company vehicle provided (for qualified candidates) Paid training on new equipment and technologies Growth opportunities within the company Competitive pay, based on experience Monday-Friday On-call rotation available for additional earnings How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your locksmith experience, including residential, commercial, automotive, safe, and access control work.
