This role involves responding to service calls, helping customers in real-world situations, and solving problems on the spot. You will perform services such as lockouts, lock changes, rekeys, and other locksmith-related work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and interacting with customers and the team every day. We are also looking for someone who is coachable and open to feedback, as this industry is constantly evolving and our company continues to grow and improve its systems and processes. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term. As your skills develop, you will have opportunities to learn more advanced services such as automotive key programming and other specialized locksmith work. ⸻

Saturday Hours:

Approximately 10:30 AM - Midnight (On Call) Technicians operate within a defined service area and generally work jobs near their home location. Most service calls are within 5-50 miles, and we typically keep technicians within a maximum radius of about 55 miles. ⸻ Pay This is a performance-based role.

Expected earnings typically range between:

$600-$800 per week starting out.
