GENERAL EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Load Katchakid Truck with supplies and product per Work Orders.
• Take instruction re: measurements and placement of Nets/Covers and Fence Routes.
• Take instruction re: work for all jobs, including cutting Net/Cover products, and Fencing product.
• Prep and clean customer work areas.
• Inventory product and supplies in warehouse as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 1.

Competently conduct duties and adhere to methods as per the Job Description and instruction provided by Katchakid Inc. for this position. Stay current on new training, policies, procedures. 2. Operate equipment as intended and follow all safety requirements as described by company. Inspect, repair, or report on mechanical equipment, as needed. If job entails driving, follow all traffic laws when using company vehicles. 3. Interact with customers in a respectful and helpful manner. Inform or escalate to Office customer-related issues. Properly submit all job completion paperwork, photos, and other work materials back to Office. 4. Read, understand, and comply with the Employee Handbook and all other distributed company instruction, as a condition of employment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 1.

Work Hours:

Full-time, M-F, hours vary but usually early morning to mid afternoon 2.

Work Attire:

Katchakid Inc. Logo Uniform Shirt, jeans or khaki pants, closed toed, durable shoes. 3.

Body Positions, Movement, Physical Labor:

Full range of motion needed. Daily operation of hand-held tools. Ability to carry or move product materials weighing 40 or more pounds. 4.

Work Environment:

Daily work will be done at Customer Job Sites, in an outdoor setting, with daily exposure to weather and heat. Katchakid will provide protective gear, such as eyewear and back support belts. Factory or shop environment may present some hazards or loud noises.

AUTHORITY AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS. 1.

This position reports to: Lead Installer 2. The positions which report directly to this position are: None. This position does not have hiring authority and may not employ anyone or receive assistance from anyone not employed by Katchakid. 3. This position has the authority to interact with other Katchakid personnel, customers, and Sales Reps as per Job Description.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS. 1.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 2.

Proof/Certification:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Eligibility to Work status. 3.

Prior Work or Industry Experience:

Construction or pool industry experience preferred. 4.

Skills:

Able to speak, read, and write English. Ability to use measuring devices to estimate materials needed for jobs. Ability to safely and properly use hand-held power and hand tools.
