We're currently hiring a Locksmith Technician with experience in commercial hardware and key systems. This role is primarily focused on locksmith services, with some access control work as part of the job. What You'll Do Perform locksmith services including rekeys, master keying, lock repair, and hardware installs Install and service commercial door hardware (panic bars, closers, hinges, adjustments) Install and service access control systems (maglocks, electric strikes, readers, wiring, etc.) Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate service records using job management software Diagnose and resolve issues on-site independently or with team support Maintain your work vehicle, tools, and inventory Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients What We're Looking For Experience in locksmithing (rekeys, pinning, master key systems) Understanding of key systems or willingness to learn Experience with commercial door hardware Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening Comfortable using hand/power tools, lifting 50+ lbs, and working on ladders/lifts Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude Dependable and able to work independently or on a team Willing to work some after-hours/on-call rotations Nice experience to have but not required Safe and vault work, safety deposit boxes, ATM maintenance Systems like Medeco, Aperio, Paxton, Prodatakey Prior locksmithing experience including Master keying and IC core systems Low-voltage wiring or IP/network-based access systems What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience PTO, Health Insurance, and 401(k) with company match Company vehicle, uniforms, and tools provided Opportunities for professional growth and certifications Supportive, locally-owned company culture Apply today and join a company that's been protecting DFW since 1978.
