This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll work on advanced commercial locking systems. You'll be trusted to solve problems, complete clean installations , and represent the company professionally on-site. What You'll Be Doing Install and service commercial door hardware (locksets, panic bars, closers, auto operators, etc.) Perform rekeys and build/maintain master key systems Troubleshoot and repair existing hardware and locking systems Handle scheduled service calls with a structured daily route Communicate clearly with dispatch and document work accurately Maintain your tools, vehicle, and job quality standards What We're Looking For 1+ years of locksmith experience (commercial preferred) Strong working knowledge of commercial hardware and installations Experience with master key systems and rekeying Familiarity with access control systems is a plus (not required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional with clients Self sufficient and able to work independently without constant supervision Who This Role Is Perfect For Technicians who want consistent, structured work with overtime options Locksmiths ready to move deeper into industrial-level projects People who take pride in clean, high-quality installations Anyone looking for a long-term career role with growth within an established company Pay & Benefits $20-$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level) Opportunities for raises as your skills and responsibilities grow Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Tools provided Vehicle provided with travel to and from home options Schedule 4-day work week 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime / after-hours work as needed
