Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional Saturdays & rotating after-hours emergency calls Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Commercial Locksmith Service Technician to join our team. This position involves servicing and repairing commercial door hardware, rekeying and master keying buildings, assisting with vehicle lockouts, and responding to customer service calls in a professional manner. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Responsibilities Service, repair, and install commercial door hardware Rekey locks and create/master key systems for commercial properties Diagnose and troubleshoot lock, door, and hardware issues Perform unlock services Respond to scheduled service calls and occasional emergency after-hours calls Maintain accurate records of work completed Ensure company vehicle, tools, and inventory are organized and maintained Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Follow safety procedures and company policies

Schedule Monday-Friday:
