Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, working the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 pm to 4:30 am. This position involves working on GROB brand CNC machines powered by Siemens, with high precision tolerances. The role includes performing tool changes and conducting quality checks on parts produced, without the need for programming or knowledge of g-code. Responsibilities Operate CNC mill machines ranging from 3 to 5 axes. Produce approximately 100 parts per day. Perform own tool changes on machines. Conduct quality checks on produced parts using bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers. Maintain high precision tolerances in machining processes. Essential Skills At least 3 years of machining experience. Proficiency in using bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers. Ability to perform own tool changes and quality checks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with CNC machining and mill operations. Familiarity with Siemens-powered GROB machines. Capability in machining and inspection processes. Why Work Here?
