Competitive $32.00-$44.00 per hour United Gunworks is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our Barrel Department. This position supports the production of precision American-made firearm barrels through multiple stages of machining, rifling, honing, and finishing operations. What we are looking for We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in precision manufacturing, move with urgency, and want to be part of a growing American manufacturing company focused on performance, quality, and production excellence. Prior firearms industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with strong machining fundamentals and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Cutting and preparing barrel blanks Supporting rifling operations Barrel honing and finishing Maintaining dimensional consistency and quality standards Assisting in production flow throughout the barrel department Supporting high-volume firearm manufacturing operations Preferred Experience & Qualifications Honing experience (preferred) CNC machining knowledge Experience operating or working around manual or CNC lathes (preferred but not required) Horizontal bandsaw cutting experience Comfortable working with tight tolerances (
