This role involves full setups, offsets, and proving out programs in a low volume, high-mix environment—not just operating. Pay & Schedule

Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am; Friday (optional) 12:00pm - 8:00pm- Full-time
- Overtime available
- Competitive pay based on experience What You'll Do
- Perform full setups on CNC lathes or CNC mills
- Set tooling, adjust offsets, and prove out programs
- Run first articles and make necessary adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gages
- Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC setup experience (not just operating)
- Experience working in a low volume, high-mix environment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience with cutting jaws
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality
Preferred:
- Okuma experience
- Multi-axis lathe experience (dual spindle, single turret)
