• We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate all CNC machining equipment.

The role involves preparing and operating CNC Lathes and CNC Mills with minimal supervision, performing simple to complex setups, changing tools, and conducting programming edits verified through inspection methods. You will generate CNC programs using CAM programming software, applying thorough knowledge of cutting feeds, speeds, and tool composition/application. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in all production areas is essential.

• Responsibilities
• + Set up and operate CNC Lathes and CNC Mills. + Perform simple to complex setups and tool changes. + Conduct programming edits and verify changes through inspection. + Generate CNC programs using CAM programming software. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to 5 S's.
• Essential Skills
• + 3-5 years of demonstrated experience for Level 2 CNC.

+ 5 or more years of demonstrated experience for Level 3 CNC. + Experience in writing CNC programs in a machining environment. + Proficiency with CAD and CAM software. + Ability to program using MasterCAM Software. + Experience with measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers. + Ability to read and comprehend instructions and blueprints in English. + Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + High school diploma or GED. + Aerospace experience is preferred.

The position offers two shifts:

1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 AM to 3 PM, and 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 1:30 AM.
