We're currently seeking experienced CNC Mill f or 2nd shift . This is an opportunity to work with advanced equipment, challenging materials, and a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a critical role in producing precision aerospace components by: Setting up CNC mills and performing first-piece inspections and program validation. Machining critical aerospace components from castings, forgings, and billet materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and high-nickel alloys. Reading and interpreting complex aerospace blueprints and GD&T requirements. Inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure the highest quality standards. Operating vertical and horizontal CNC machines with minimal supervision. Collaborating with Engineering, Programming, Quality, and Production teams to improve machining processes and fixture designs. Prioritizing work to meet production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality. Contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience Strong setup experience on CNC mills Solid understanding of GD&T Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality Ability to adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment Why Join Precise Metal Products?
