Join a stable, family-owned aerospace manufacturing business celebrating our 50th year in business! We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our Night Shift Team. In this vital role, you will set up and operate Haas 4 and 5-Axis Mills to produce precision aerospace components that meet the highest quality standards.

Duties:

Set up and operate Haas 4 & 5 Axis Mills to perform complex machining operations. Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and technical drawings. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials to complete each job. Monitor machine operations, edit G-code at the control panel, and make adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Perform routine daily maintenance on machines as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of minimum experience as a CNC Mill Machinist (Aerospace environment highly preferred).

Strict Requirement:

Must be able to read and edit G-code.

Strict Requirement:

Proven experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Proficient in setting up and operating 4 and 5-axis CNC mills (Haas controls a strong plus). Familiarity working with both Castings and Billet materials. Experience machining Titanium and High-temp alloys is a strong plus. Mastercam programming experience is a plus, but not required. Must own your own tools and a personal toolbox. Basic computer literacy (familiarity with ERP software is a plus). Reliable transportation and ability to relocate to Phoenix, AZ before starting work.
