Our client are looking to expand their Mobile Sales & Service Technicians team (MSSTs). This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to see the country, work on large-scale, high-impact projects, and fast-track their way into leadership.         No two days are the same—new challenges, customers, and locations What You'll Do As an MSST, you'll be the face of the field operations, delivering expert service and building lasting customer relationships.
        • Build and assemble hydraulic hose solutions on-site
        • Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs directly at customer locations
        • Remove and install hose assemblies with precision and efficiency
        • Conduct machine inspections to ensure safe and proper operation
        • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and field prospecting
        • Manage and grow a territory by maintaining strong customer relationships
        • Support large-scale project quoting with accurate field insights
        • Submit timely service documentation and invoicing details
        • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to the highest standards Who You Are This role is ideal for someone who is driven, adaptable, and excited by a lifestyle that blends travel, technical work, and customer engagement.
        • Comfortable being on the road for extended periods (150-200 days/year)
        • Self-motivated with strong independent judgment
        • Skilled at building relationships and communicating professionally
        • Mechanically inclined and eager to solve hands-on challenges
        • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment Required Qualifications
        • Must be at least 21 years old
        • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
        • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
        • No DUI charges or convictions
