Job Description

Specialty Turn Products (STP) is a growing AS9100D and
ISO 9001
certified precision machining company specializing in Swiss-style CNC machining for aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial industries. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Swiss Lathe Machinist to join our 2nd shift team. Responsibilities Operate Swiss lathes to produce precision components. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings. Make offsets and adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals. Qualifications Previous Swiss CNC machining experience preferred. Experience with Tsugami Swiss machines is a strong plus. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Understanding of GD&T and machining best practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
