Friday•Sunday | Full-Time Weekend Shift Specialty Turn Products (STP) is seeking an experienced and motivated Weekend Shift Lead to oversee production operations on our Friday-Sunday shift. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively support machinists while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are achieved. Responsibilities Lead and support weekend shift machining operations. Coordinate production priorities to meet customer delivery requirements. Assist machinists with, troubleshooting, tooling, and process improvements. Monitor machine performance and maximize utilization. Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and company procedures. Perform in-process inspections. Communicate production status, issues, and shift turnover information to management. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor. Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Swiss machining experience strongly preferred. Experience with Tsugami Swiss lathes is a significant plus. Ability to read blueprints, understand GD&T, and use precision measuring equipment. Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
