Acromil s increased capacity will further our goal of being a World Class Supplier. Our Opportunity We have positions available for both Day Shift (6:00 am

• 2:30pm) and Night Shift (6:00pm
• 2:30am).

The selected individual will independently set-up and operate CNC Machines according to job and program specifications while ensuring that quality, dimensions, and key characteristics are maintained. Must have knowledge of CNC s, single and Multi-Spindle machine tools such as:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Handtmann HBZ Trunnion 120, Handtmann HBZ CC 400, Handtmann

PBZ HD 600 SNK

High Speed Tilt Table

UHP-120B,SNK

High Speed Horizontal Tilt Table

HPS-4B,SNK RB-200F,SNK

Vertical Cincinnati 3 spindle gantries, Cincinnati high speed 3 spindle gantries, Cincinnati Vertical Mills OKK Horizontal mills, OKK High Speed vertical mills 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis machines, using Fanuc, Siemens 840D, and Cincinnati 950 controllers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified individuals will have 5 years related work experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment and familiar with our machine line. Must be able to stand for 8 hours in a day/night, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, keen eye-hand coordination, able to be trained and certified as a Forklift & Crane Operator. Person must be an United States (US) Person as defined by ITAR Regulations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required. Requires 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment with duties similar to those listed above.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating procedures and general instructions, machine manuals, employee handbook, company policies and departmental procedures, etc.
