Lathe CNC Machinist Position Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The CNC Machinist will ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety standards and maintaining efficiency. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain tolerances Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes Conduct inspections of finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes Strong understanding of tolerances and precision machining Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Benefits Competitive pay $26- $38/hour DOE Medical Dental Vision 401K For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
