Job Description
CNC Lathe Setup Operator & Programmer We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn and grow in the CNC machining field. Previous CNC experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Learn how to set up and operate CNC lathe machines. Prepare raw materials for machining. Set up parts and cutting tools. Operate machines safely and efficiently. Follow company procedures and quality standards. Develop the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Training Provided We will provide hands-on training in: CNC lathe setup and operation Proper machine usage and safety practices Material preparation and tooling setup Production processes from start to finish After approximately 3 months, employees who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn will receive training in CNC programming.
