You will leverage your expertise in MasterCam and multi-axis machining to optimize production workflows and ensure the highest standards of dimensional accuracy. Responsibilities Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to configure CNC equipment for high-precision production runs. Develop and refine machine programs using advanced CAM software such as MasterCam or CamWorks to maximize efficiency. Operate and monitor milling and turning centers to execute precise cutting, drilling, and shaping tasks. Validate component integrity by utilizing precision measurement tools to ensure all parts meet rigorous tolerance specifications. Proactively maintain machinery to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operational performance. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines and shop floor protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a precision machining environment, preferably within the aerospace sector. Strong proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications. Advanced mathematical aptitude, specifically in geometry, trigonometry, and algebra. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize machining processes under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing or rapid prototyping workflows. Certification or advanced training in CNC programming and operation. Strong background in quality assurance and statistical process control.
