Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of CNC mill experience in a production or job-shop environment. Ability to operate independently with minimal instruction. Proficiency in drawings/blueprint reading and standard shop documentation. Perform in-process inspection and quality verification. Proficiency with measuring gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking Work well under pressure Detail-oriented and organized Must be reliable and responsible Keep work area clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
