As we continue to execute our 2026 operational growth roadmap, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to help elevate our production capabilities. The Role We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for operating, programming, and setting up a variety of machines to produce our signature security products. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of machining logic, the ability to create custom fixturing, and the technical aptitude to troubleshoot and post programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Set-up:

Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including Haas VF2 Mills, Haas ST20Y Lathes, Tsugami Swiss Lathes, and Mori Seiki SH400 Horizontal machines.

Programming & Fixturing:

Design and create custom fixturing, particularly for the Mori Seiki equipment.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to read, edit, and write G-code; post programs from CAM software to machine controllers.

Design Integration:

Utilize SolidWorks for design and file preparation to ensure parts meet our rigorous precision standards.

Shop Efficiency:

Actively participate in maintaining shop flow, ensuring parts are produced to spec and on time.

Requirements Proven Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a CNC machining environment operating similar equipment.

Equipment Mastery:

Direct, hands-on experience with: Haas VF2 Mill Haas ST20Y Lathe Tsugami Swiss Lathe Mori Seiki SH400

Horizontal Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for design and manufacturing preparation. Ability to read, troubleshoot, and edit code independently. Strong background in creating custom fixturing to optimize production.

Reliability:

Must be able to adhere to our standard shift hours (Monday•Friday, 7:00 am•3:30 pm) and maintain a focus on quality and safety at all times. Why Join Us?
