Deburrer

We are looking for a reliable Deburr Technician to clean and finish metal parts. Your main job will be to remove sharp edges, burrs, and rough spots from parts after they are machined or cut. You will make sure every piece is smooth, safe, and ready for our customers.

What You Will Do Clean Parts:

Use files, scrapers, and sandpaper to remove sharp edges by hand.

Use Tools:

Run power tools like grinders, sanders, and buffers safely.

Check Quality:

Look over finished parts closely to make sure they match blueprints.

Keep Count:

Track your finished work and move parts to the next station.

Stay Safe:

Keep your work area clean and always wear required safety gear.

What We Look For Experience:

1+ years in a machine shop or manufacturing role is a plus.

Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to small details.

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to read basic drawings or instructions.

Physical Needs:

Can stand for long periods and lift up to [Insert weight, e.g., 40 lbs].

Reliability:
