CNC Journeyman Lathe Machinist & Mill Machinist

We are expanding our team and currently hiring both Journeyman CNC Lathe Machinists and CNC Mill Machinists. Schedule:

7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime available. CNC Lathe Machinist Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes , including screw machines, verticals, and live tooling systems. Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and setup sheets to meet exact tolerances. Create programs using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or CAD software . Run prototype and short-run production efficiently and accurately. Inspect parts to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications. Work independently to meet production schedules and maintain quality. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity. CNC Lathe Machinist Qualifications 5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience . Strong proficiency in CNC programming and tooling setup. Experience with live tooling, multi-axis lathe operations, and vertical lathes preferred. Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting detailed technical documentation. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. CNC Machinist Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC vertical mills, full 4 axis horizontal mills, and pallet changing machining centers. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and work orders. Assist in fixture and tooling setup to support production. Maintain machine performance and quality control standards. Support cross-training between lathes and mills to expand skill set. Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and efficiency goals. CNC Machinist Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience (milling preferred). Familiarity with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar programming software . Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and cutting tools. Detail oriented, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving. Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
