Payrate:

$55 - $65 per hour (OT available)

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, paid holidays, PTO Position Overview Seeking a Senior EDM Machinist with 10+ years of experience in Wire EDM, capable of producing complex, high-precision components with tight tolerances. Requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate Wire EDM machines to spec Interpret drawings, GD&T, and CAD models Optimize machining parameters for accuracy and efficiency Perform complex setups and multi-axis operations Inspect parts using precision tools (CMM, micrometers, etc.) Verify tolerances (±0.0001") and maintain quality records Improve machining processes, tooling, and fixtures Develop EDM processes for new and prototype work Support training of junior machinists Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment About Acara Solutions Acara is a premier provider of recruiting and workforce solutions-we help companies compete for talent. Qualifications:
