This role involves working on components used in turbomachinery and related equipment. Work varies from job to job and requires attention to detail, problem solving, and a solid understanding of machining fundamentals. Responsibilities Set up and run CNC lathes for a range of parts Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds as needed Work from prints to produce accurate components Machine materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and specialty alloys Inspect parts using standard measuring tools Maintain an organized work area Equipment Haas CNC lathes DN Solutions / Doosan equipment Takisawa machines FANUC and Haas controls Qualifications CNC lathe experience required Setup experience preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings Familiarity with FANUC or Haas controls Detail-oriented and dependable Work Environment Climate-controlled shop Day shift, Monday through Friday Overtime available based on workload Compensation & Benefits $34-$54/hour depending on experience 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off If you have machining experience and are looking for a stable shop environment with consistent work, we encourage you to apply.
