Elevate standards. Santa Ana, CA We're searching for a CNC Lathe Machinist who thrives on accuracy and teamwork. In this position, you will turn raw concepts into tight-tolerance parts, ensuring every component meets exacting customer requirements. Why this role matters Your setups, offsets, and inspections keep our quality consistent and our customers confident. Your ability to read complex drawings and plan machining steps reduces scrap and lead times. Your maintenance and troubleshooting prevent downtime and sustain throughput. What you'll do Set up and run CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to define machining operations. Track machine performance during runs; adjust tooling and parameters to maintain tolerance. Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve basic equipment issues. Verify dimensions using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, and related gauges). Partner with teammates to enhance processes and increase productivity. Uphold safety and keep the work area clean and organized at all times. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred. Demonstrated experience running CNC lathes or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and turning methodologies. Fluency in reading technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions. Comfort with precision measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong troubleshooting mindset. Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality output. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations. Location On-site in Santa Ana, CA, within a supportive, quality-driven team culture.
