In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC machining and surface finishing to ensure every part meets rigorous engineering specifications and performance standards. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate CNC milling and turning centers to drive production efficiency. Apply advanced precision grinding techniques to achieve superior surface finishes and exact dimensional tolerances. Translate technical blueprints and engineering schematics into finished, high-precision metal components. Utilize advanced metrology tools, including micrometers and calipers, to verify part integrity and quality compliance. Proactively calibrate and maintain machine settings to maximize output and minimize downtime. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve manufacturing throughput. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in CNC machining environments. Demonstrated proficiency in operating and troubleshooting CNC lathe and mill equipment. Strong background in manual or automated metal grinding processes. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and geometric dimensioning. Preferred Skills Direct experience operating Fadal or Doosan CNC platforms. Advanced knowledge of metal properties and specialized finishing techniques. Experience working within a high-precision tool or component manufacturing facility.
