Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM•3:30
PM Pay Rate:
$25•35 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Santa Barbara. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operation experience and a strong understanding of shop safety and precision work. We are looking for people with experience with cabinet shop/woodworking machines.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts accurately and efficiently Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Previous CNC machine operation experience required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
