Position Purpose:
LeFiell Manufacturing, an Employee Owned (ESOP) Company well established in the global aerospace industry, seeks CNC Machinists to join our team. We are looking for experienced candidates. CNC Machinist (Mill or Lathe) 3 Axis & 4 Axis preferably , 5 axis At least 3 years setup & operating CNC Machines (Mill and/or Lathe) , preferably in an aerospace industryCNC Machine Knowledge:
Experience operating CNC machinery and performing complex setups, adjustments and tool changes. Preferably specific equipment such as Lathes and Mills, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Mazak, Controls Mazatroal, Okuma and Fanuc Able to read and interpret blue prints, to determine dimensions and tolerances of work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements Has set-up experience and can select, align and secure holding fixures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines Experience with calculating, setting controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, depth and angle of cut, etc. Can verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications Can hold close tolerances Can utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometer's, bore gauges, dial indicators and other inspection tools Experience with machining metal parts:Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel Background and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience, knowledge and skills: Calibration Knowledge- Proficient with measurement tools such as dial indicators, bore gauges, micrometers, calipers and other inspection tools, CNC Machine Knowledge
- Experience operating CNC machinery and performing complex setups, adjustments and tool changes.
General:
Candidate will be; Reliable Open to working overtime and weekends when needed Open to working other shifts (1st shift or 2nd shift for cross training) ITAR verifiableOpenings & Shift Schedules:

(We currently have 5 openings for 2nd shift and 1 opening for 1st shift) 1st Shift- 7:00 am
