Day Shift:

7:00 AM•3:30

PM Swing Shift:

2:00 PM•10:30 PM Join a high-precision manufacturing team working on advanced mechanical components used in cutting-edge electronic and microwave applications. This is NOT just a production role — we're looking for machinists who want to own processes, improve performance, and collaborate with engineering.•

WHAT YOU'LL DO

✔ Set up & operate CNC equipment (3-5 axis mills, Swiss lathes, mill/turn) ✔ Develop & optimize machining processes ✔ Work closely with engineering on

DFM & NPI

✔ Hold tight tolerances on complex components ✔ Use precision measurement & inspection tools ✔ Troubleshoot machining issues & improve efficiency•

WHAT YOU BRING

✔ Career-level CNC machining experience ✔ Strong blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge ✔ Ability to independently set up & run machines ✔ Experience working with tight tolerances ✔ Strong attention to detail & quality•
